三鷹阿波踊り

いやぁ…まだ声がガラガラです。昨日のBMLでも騒いだせいかな？？筋肉痛は腿がまだ残ってますね。最初に参加した頃（１０年前かな？）より腰が高いですねぇ…スクワットして鍛えないといい感じでは踊れませんね。
